This Warranty Policy outlines the technical terms, replacement cycles, and hardware coverage parameters provided for LED display installations and configurations supplied by Creative Ads Agency.
Our standard warranty provides component-level replacement against manufacturing defects for LED modules, active power supplies, sending boxes, receiving cards, and linking wiring structures.
The warranty parameters do not cover damages resulting from accidental physical impacts, grid voltage surges (without voltage stabilizer protection), water ingress in indoor panels, or unauthorized technical calibrations modifications.
To initiate a support ticket, please email your invoice copy and module defect photographs to support@creativeads.co.in. Our local technicians based in Patna/Gorakhpur will inspect or replace components within 48 hours.
