This Return Policy details exchange rules and replacement steps applicable to display modules, cabinets, and controller parts purchased through Creative Ads Agency.
Since LED video walls are custom-assembled based on specific dimension measurements, cabinet shapes, and structural layouts, completed screen packages cannot be returned for cash refunds. We provide active replacement support for defective modules instead.
If an accessory card (such as a sending card, receiving card, or power supply unit) is found DOA (Dead on Arrival) or malfunctions within 7 days of delivery, we provide an immediate exchange for a new unit of the same model.
Please submit your replacement claim along with serial numbers and video proofs showing component errors to support@creativeads.co.in.
